Description of Impact Crusher
In impact crusher, crushing is by impact rather than compression, by sharp blows applied at high speed to free-falling rock. The moving parts are beaters, which transform some of their kinetic energy to the ore particles on contracting them. The internal stresses created in the particles are often large enough to cause them to shatter. These forces are increased by causing particles to impact upon an anvil or breaker plate. The material is contained within a cage, with opening on the bottom, end, or side of the desired size to allow pulverized material to escape.
Application
Impact crusher is usually used with soft and non-abrasive material such as coal, seeds, limestone, gypsum or soft metallic ores.
Features
The combination of multi crushing chambers cab make the product in uniform particle size, which is suitable for crushing hard rocks
The bottom impact plate makes the crushed products smaller in cubic shape with no internal cracks
These series have big feed opening which is more easily for disposing production lines
New type of high alloy abrasion materials makes the service life of blow bars, impact plates, and linear plates longer
