Welded and processed overall structure, with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology;
Closed loop control composed of servo valve, high feedback precision grating ruler,high repeated positioning precision of slider block;
The mechanism of back stopper with multiple stopping shafts for complete functions is employed;
ANSYS finite element analysis software is appled to main parts of the machine body for analysis;
Integrated hydraulic control system,simple installation of pipelines,stable operation as well as simple and nice appearancel;
Upper-punch is be readied, assemble to the length of needing work piece to particular processing;
High-precision grating ruler is mounted on the C-shaped plates of machine body,to avoid the influence over bending precision arising from distortion of machine body during bending process;
Oil cylinder from special manufacture and industry, seal rings and pipe connections are imported;
Front arms with T-slots and fitted with guide rail;
Standar CNC controller: Italy ESA;
