You need to read the crashed dump from the the car airbag box ( eprom or mcu ) it depend on car.
You open the soft, you select a car for example: Car model: Renault Clio 3 Module manufacturer: Bosch Module part number: 0 285 001 510 Memory chip type: 95160 You open your dump that you have read from 95160 memory, then you clic on the bouton clear crash on the software, then you save the new dump.
