Product Description
Our Company is located in Nothern Italy and we develope and manufacture (from Customer drawns and samples too) brass ball vavles and fittings LEAD-FREE.
The main goal has been for some time the search for replacement technologies galvanic deposits and new new materials for plumbing fittings and vavles in contact with drinking water and solutions dedicated to solving the problem of lead-contaminated drinking water due to the presence in the brass of this element and which posed problems of applying new rules more restrictive, rules which came into force in paricular the U.S.
For the United Stes has recently published, starting from California, the Assembly Bill 1953: this measure provides, since 2010, reducing the lead-in installations for the distribution of drinking water-value of0.25 maximum. The challenge is to find alloys is found primarly at the level of pollution: in fact there are no traces in the working fluid in contact witht the material that may contaminate the emulsion.
Equally important is the recyclability of the material, or zero, but with leaded brass swarf machinimg fully able to mingle with the brass joint. In this resoect we can say that the company now is able to make products with those characteristics.
